• Prepare and file your notices of settlement (filing fees apply) – Unsure whether your notices have expired? Don’t worry – we will keep track and re-file if necessary!
  • Prepare affidavit of title for Buyer/Borrower;
  • Prepare any or all sales documents for Sellers;
  • Forward the binder directly to the Seller’s attorney or representative;
  • Forward binder directly to the lender for review;
  • Obtain payoffs;
  • File 1099’s;
  • We can prepare HUD-1 settlement statements;
  • Provide a copy of closing instructions and we will forward policies directly to the lender and your client with a copy to you! We are diligent about issuing policies – so your time is not wasted!
  • Tax time and clients driving you crazy to fax over HUD’s? All of our documents and the documents you return to our office are scanned into our computer system. If you need a copy of a HUD or any document – six months or even years later – we will be happy to email, fax or mail it to you within minutes.
